Christina Aguilera was born on December 18, 1980, in Staten Island, New York. She had an early troubled life as her father abused her mother. However, once she turned six years old, the future star’s mom decided to leave her abusive marriage and moved to Rochester, Pennsylvania with her two daughters.

Having started a new life, young Aguilera first developed a love for music when she was only six years old. She inherited her musical talents from her mother, an experienced pianist and violinist.
