After a recent Rolling Stones concert at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Celine Dion shared photos from the event on her social media. The snap featured the music icon posing in a long-sleeved red dress with her three sons, René-Charles and twins Nelson and Eddy, as well as Rolling Stones bandmate Mick Jagger.
While Celine’s gaunt appearance drew concern from fans, they also could not help but notice her youngest sons’ looks. The twin boys each had thick, full beards on their faces, causing internet users to doubt they were only 13. Both teens were born to Celine and her late husband, Rene Angelil, in October 2010, after six rounds of IVF and one miscarriage.
Sharing the moment with her Instagram followers, Celine gave “special thanks” to Mick Jagger for “warmly welcoming my family” and for an incredible show. “You got us rocking!” she exclaimed. The twins coordinated their outfits, both wearing print shirts and alternating blazers and pants. They also styled their hair similarly and flashed full smiles at the camera.
Celine’s post has received over 119,000 likes and nearly 2,000 comments from users, including those curious about Nelson and Eddy’s facial hair. “Wow, the younger twins grew up. They have to be teens but look very mature,” someone gushed, while another agreed, saying they “look much older than 13” and “could probably get served in a bar.”
“I’m quite shocked at how grown her sons look. They’re 13 and already have beards??? How is that possible?” a third person exclaimed.
Celine first became a mother in 2001 after birthing Charles, whom she refers to as her “miracle child.” To raise him, she put touring on hold between 2003 and 2007 when she got her first residency in Caesars Palace, Las Vegas. Charles grew up watching her perform and is now pursuing his own music career. The “The Power Of Love” singer has been supportive of him, often encouraging her followers to stream his music.
About a decade after having Charles, Celine became a second-time mom to the twins, naming Eddy after the producer of her first five albums, Eddy Marnay, and Nelson after South Africa’s Nelson Mandela. Celine’s kids are growing up fast and have been supportive in the last couple of years as she deals with Stiff Person’s Syndrome.
